Meet Sawyer!
Hi, I’m Sawyer, a Registered Dietitian passionate about supporting women at every stage of life with individualized, compassionate care.
With a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and over five years of experience working in eating disorder and disordered eating settings, I specialize in supporting individuals as they navigate their relationships with food and exercise. I specialize in disordered eating, eating disorders, and compulsive exercise—areas I’ve become deeply passionate about both professionally and personally.
As a mom of two young girls, I’ve developed a strong interest in prenatal nutrition, understanding the unique and transformative seasons of preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. My approach is rooted in providing support for the incredible, sometimes overwhelming, changes that come with motherhood and nourishing one’s body through those transitions.
I believe that true nourishment extends beyond the food we eat. Tish Harrison Warren wrItes, “Nourishment is always far more than biological nutrition. We are nourished by our communities. We are nourished by gratitude. We are nourished by justice.” What we eat is important but it’s so much deeper than that.
Whether you’re struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating behaviors, or seeking support as a new or expecting mom, I’m here to support you toward healing and lasting nourishment. My goal is to provide evidence-based care that encourages sustainable changes, fosters a positive relationship with food, and helps you embrace your body’s needs.
Together, we’ll work on a compassionate, sustainable approach that promotes deep nourishment.
